I wanted to take a minute to write regarding the recent success that I had with the home that I bought from Great Homes. First, let me thank you and your staff for the outstanding service that you provided during the time that the home was set up, and over the period of time that I resided in the home. Although there were no serious issues once the home was set up, there was always a prompt response to the few minor issues that I did have. I have friends who purchased site built homes that have experienced many more problems than I did with my manufactured home and they certainly have not had a good experience with customer service.
