Delivery and Installation

1. 1. Site Inspection: A trained inspector will visit your site and answer questions concerning preparation for arrival of your home.
2. 2. Pre-delivery Inspection: Before your home leaves the Karsten factory, it will be thoroughly inspected and plumbing and electrical systems will be tested.
3. 3. Transportation: Your home will be delivered safely, on-time. Great Homes professionals will handle it all.
4. 4. Installation: Your new home will be stable and safely installed. Karsten factories use only fully tested, approved materials, plus Great Homes adheres to stringent standards.
5. 5. Leveling: We'll make sure your home is level, and that it will stay that way.
6. 6. Adjustments: After your home is installed, Great Homes trained service technicians will check all the windows and doors for proper operation.
7. 7. Walk-Through: The Great Homes service manager will take you through your home with a check list to fill out. Any questions or concerns you have will be addressed at this time.
